FSPC Program would securitize child support payment payable by the spouse.
The program would provide payments through the establishment of an escrow
account. The securitization process would be similar to credit card receivables
or mortgage backed securities. The payments and withdrawals in the system
would be able to be made using traditional method, including bank accounts,
visa, mastercard, western union and the internet.
The benefit of implementing FSPC program is that the emotion is taken out of what can become a highly charged emotional situation including financial hardship. The children and the spouses would receive the benefit payments on time.
FSPC is in the process of establishing a private Pilot program on a national basis.
