• 5+ plus years experience in Commercial Architectural Metal & Glass.
• Experience negotiating, and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
• Manage high profile projects from beginning to end.
• Vendor and supplier negotiation experience.
• Proficient with computers.
• Estimating for change order & SOV requests.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

Draftsperson

• Design metal and glass items for structures.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings.
• Analyze sketches and measure physical surroundings.
• Draw sketches and prescribe fabrication techniques.
• Provide Auto Cad drawings familiar with principles of architectural drafting, industrial design and mechanical engineering.

40 Hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
